Are the boot camp sessions suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! The boot camp program will always have different levels of intensity from beginner to advanced. This way you can progress your fitness levels and never reach a plateau. Our fitness instructors will be continually watching your technique on every exercise and motivating you to progress as you get fitter and stronger.

We get beginner clients starting every month and being concerned about the intensity is normal, but at FLBC we believe in progressive overload and taking stepping stones towards a fitter you. Think of it this way, we wouldn’t have much of a business if we scared off all our new clients :)

What is the duration of the boot camp sessions?

The boot camp sessions run for 45 minutes in duration, which includes about a 5 minute warm up and about 5 minutes of stretches to finish off the workout.
